Nicole Bowen – Graduated from Cornell University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Education. While at Cornell she was an accomplished, Varsity lettered athlete on the Equestrian Team and an instructor for the Cornell University Equine Program. Her continued successful performance on the local and ‘A’ rated circuit is attributed to her dedication, showmanship, and work ethic. Her students emulate her in all aspects and have resulted in their own success no matter the level of competition. For the past ten years, Nicole has taken the experience she gained over the course of her competitive career and become a respected trainer for Valley View Farm. While training for VVF she has ridden in and coached the Tompkins County Equestrian Drill Team; who have received multiple State Championships.
Krista Bowen – A 2001 graduate of Alfred State College with an Associate degree in Business Administration, and a 2003 graduate of Keuka College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Riding and competing for over 25 years Krista has experienced a wide array of divisions, including, but not limited to: Children’s Hunter,
Junior – Amateur Hunter and Jumper, and Adult Hunter and Jumper.
Her overall performance and achievements throughout the years can be accredited to her competitive nature, self-confidence, and strong will to thrive in all forums of professional equestrian showing. As a trainer, Krista infuses the characteristics that produced what she is today in her students. The result is a highly competitive, strong minded individual ready to take on not only the rigors of the competitive circuit, but life in general; with the assuredness that they can accomplish any feat they
put their mind to. Krista is an active member of the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) and the United States Hunter Jumper Association (USHJA).
